University of Macedonia (UOM) was established in 1990 and has 8 departments and it offers various postgraduate programs.It has more than 13000 students and 585 staff members (369 of whom are involved in the teaching/research area), and is involved in numerous EU projects (Life Long Learning, TEMPUS, Marie INTERREG etc.). In general the aim and the ambition of the Departments of the University is to prepare, in the Economic field, fully qualified scientists, consultants and executives for the public and private sector. In the Social Sciences field the aim of the University is to develop the field with innovative methods for the Greek standards. University of Maribor, Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science – UM FERI, located in Maribor, Slovenia is the largest faculty under the University of Maribor, founded in 1973. Overall 2000 students are registered at UM FERI and about 300 academicals staff supports them. University of Novi Sad (UNS) founded in 1960. It is the only state university in the AP Vojvodina and the second largest among six state universities in Serbia. The University consists of 14 faculties, 2 institutes and 3 centres. The faculties are located within the University campus (covering an area of 259,807m² ) on the bank of the Danube river in Novi Sad, as well as in three other cities in Vojvodina (Subotica, Sombor, Zrenjanin).The activities of UNS are implemented through research and teaching in the field of natural, technical, social sciences and humanities, medical sciences, as well as arts. Belgrade Metropolitan University (BMU) is a new university founded in 2010, but originates from the Faculty of Information Technology (FIT) established in 2005 in Belgrade, Serbia. From the beginning, FIT/BMU has been offering a new, modern approach to higher education in Serbia. Currently, BMU provides 21 study programs in field of information technology, management and design at bachelor, master and PhD levels aiming to provide quality education in line with job market requirements. Association of Students with Disabilities (ASD) is non-governmental, non-partisan, not-for-profit, membership based self-advocacy organization, with human rights, mixed ability and cross-disability approach to disability and education and over 600, mostly youth with disabilities in membership. ADS, established in year 2000, is one of the first organizations in Serbia which gathers young persons with various types of disability (regardless of their medical diagnoses), as well as young people without disability (an inclusive/mix-ability and cross-disability approach). ASD vision is Equal opportunities for everyone. ASD struggles for realization and respect of the human rights and equalizing opportunities for young persons and students with disability through creating conditions for inclusive formal and informal education and application of the social model.
National Employment Service of Serbia (NES) is a legal entity with the status of the organisation for mandatory social insurance. NES carries out employment activities, administers unemployment insurance and exercise of the right derived from unemployment isurance and other rights, keeps registries in the employment area, and performs professional, organisational, administrative, economic, financial and other general duties in the field of employment and unemlployment insurance. NES is organised according to the territorial principle and consisted of Central NES, 2 Provincial Employment Services and 34 Branch Offices. In this way the availability of services towards unemployed people and employers provided by NES is ensured and covers whole territory of Republic of Serbia. NES provides: services for job seekers (counselling, mediation, active job search training, career guidance, occupational rehabilitation and entrepreneurial training), additional training and education, services and supportive measures for employers (recruitment on request, training services on request and advice in case of downsizing), and employment support programmes.
Business Association “Unija Čačak 2000″ (UNION2000 Cacak) established in 2000 with the intention to unite as many companies to achieve common goals. It has been fifteen years since the founding of our organization. Time is marked behind our successful business which is characterized by steadily increasing the number of members and expansion of capacities and types of services for the members. It now has more than 200 active members that are grouped into nine business areas, depending on the primary line of business. Elapsed time only strengthened the basic principles on which we lay the foundation of our business community.
University of Montenegro (UoM) was founded on 29 April 1974, when Faculties of Economics, Engineering and Law from Titograd, two colleges: Pedagogical Academy from Nikšić and High Maritime College from Kotor and three independent scientific institutes: Institute of History, Agriculture and the Institute for Biological and Medical Research from Titograd, joined together and established the University in Titograd. A year later the name changed to University „Veljko Vlahović”, while the current name – the University of Montenegro was adopted in 1992. In the same year UoM had 12, in 2000 it had 15, while today it includes 21 organizational units: 20 faculties and 2 institutes.
The University of Donja Gorica (UDG) is a private, non-for-profit university located in a suburb of Podgorica, the capital of Montenegro. It was established in February 2010 by the incorporation of five existing faculties: international economics, finance and business; law; information systems and technologies; humanistic studies; and arts. It offers courses at both undergraduate and postgraduate level of education, including Bachelor, Specialist, Master’s and PhD level of studies. Currently, it has around 2500 students, and 250 professors and teaching staff. UDG participates in many different national and international projects as Tempus, IPA Adriatic, Erasmus Mundus and other. The vision of UDG is implemented through an innovative education philosophy that stresses intellectual and personal development through active learning. University’s building is designed to be accessible to people with disabilities, and that is why students with certain disabilities often decide to attend UDG.
Association of Youth with Disabilities in Montenegro (AYDM) promotes equal position of youth with disabilities in society through activities and initiatives for establishing legal, educational, cultural and social frame that enables it. AYDM is a non-governmental organization, registered on October 22, 2001. It gathers youth with all kinds of disabilities (cross-disability approach) as well as people without disabilities willing to participate in activities of the future co-existence and inclusion. It is a non-profit organization, founded firstly to provide psychosocial support, solving numerous and complex problems that youth with disabilities encounter daily, as well as creation of educational conditions for College and University opportunities.
Employment Agency of Montenegro (EAM) is organized as a public service with the legal entity status, which carries out its functions in line with the Law on Employment and Exercising of Unemployment Insurance-based Rights and its key documents. The EAM performs its activity through the Central Service, 7 Regional Employment Offices and 18 Local Employment Offices. The EAM management bodies are the Steering Committee and the Director. The EAM has 321 employees, with 30% of employees working in the Central Service and 70% of employees working in the regional and local employment offices. Legal basis for the functioning of the EAM is represented in the laws and regulations defining the areas of labour market, employment, and education and training of adults (Labour Law, Law on Employment and Exercising of Unemployment Insurance-based Rights, etc.).

College of Computer Science and Business Communications eMPIRICA in Brcko District of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) was founded by the Local Business Initiatives Foundation Brcko District of BiH and Ljubljana School of Business, Slovenia in 2012. In 2012/2013 eMPIRICA enrolled its first generation of students. eMPIRICA organizes first study cycle for two study programmes: Engineering Informatics and Business Informatics. Both programs last 3 years (180 ECTS). The classes are conducted in two modes: full-time and distance learning studies. Business Informatics is a transnational study programme where students receive both a BiH diploma and the diploma from our partner – Ljubljana School of Business while Engineering Informatics has an integrated Cisco Academy within itself, so students receive a Cisco Certificate. At this moment eMPIRICA has 163 students both in Brcko and our Tuzla Department and 20 teaching professionals, including our international visiting professors. Within its structure eMPIRICA College has Lifelong Learning Academy ACU eMPIRICA, Cisco Networking Academy, Certiport Testing Centre and Distance Learning Centre.
